Gaddiel Home Care Service Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional in‑home care services to our clients in the following 13 counties within the Metro Atlanta area:

• Dekalb County
• Gwinnett County
• Forsyth County
• Fayette County
• Fulton County
• Cherokee County
• Henry County
• Clayton County
• Newton County
• Walton County
• Cobb County
• Rockdale County
• Hall County

• Medication Management
• Wound Care / Dressing Changes
• Catheter Care
• Tube Feeding Management
• Diabetes Management / Insulin Injections
• Colostomy / Ileostomy Care
• Urostomy Care
• Removal of Stitches
• Suctioning
• IV / IV Infusions
• And more...

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, with a focus on home care preferred
• Strong understanding of and experience in the listed responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
