As ADON, you’ll serve as a vital clinical liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing. You’ll guide daily operations, ensure compliance, and inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of care. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to lead, mentor, and grow.

• Assist the DON with staffing, hiring, and onboarding
• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate across disciplines to enhance resident care
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and staff education

• RN licensed in Georgia
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in long‑term care
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and compliance
• Current CPR certification
