We’re seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead and support care delivery across our nursing units. This role plays a vital part in ensuring quality outcomes, fostering teamwork, and helping residents feel safe, cared for, and respected.
ShiftRN Supervisor | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
What You’ll Do- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate and compliant care
- Assist the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing needs, interviews, and onboarding
- Lead daily nursing operations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and manage care plans
- Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Analyze Quality Measures and Indicators (QM/QI) and implement improvement initiatives
- Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities
- Help develop and lead educational plans for nursing staff
- Active RN license in the State of Georgia
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build team engagement
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- A strong sense of accountability and a heart for resident-centered care
- Team-player mindset with excellent communication skills
