Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts

We are seeking an Outpatient Operating Room Charge RN to lead our surgical team in a top orthopedic surgery center in Atlanta. This role specializes in orthopedic procedures, including:

• Total joint replacements
• Sports medicine surgeries
• Spine procedures
• Hand and upper extremity surgeries

As a Charge RN, you will play a pivotal role in managing OR operations, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

• Oversee daily OR operations, ensuring compliance with best practices and efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination to support a seamless surgical environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, hiring processes, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Play an active role in interviewing, hiring, and staff development.

• Active RN license in Georgia (BSN highly preferred).
• 3+ years of OR nursing experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery workflows and patient safety protocols.
