Job Summary
:
The Advanced Clinical Nurse Educator creates, manages and evaluates education/training programs and services, develops related goals and objectives, recommends policies, and evaluates program outcomes. All educational offerings are primarily based on Cognitive, Humanist, and/or Brain-Based Learning Theories. The role may include direct patient/family care, consultation, change agent, teaching/coaching/mentoring, research, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development.
