Established in 1986, Anchor Hospital is a 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission that specializes in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for adolescents, adults and senior adults. Located in College Park, Anchor Hospital serves mental health and substance abuse patients from across the Southeast through our Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Outpatient and Tricare programs for active duty and veterans.

Our staff serves as compassionate guides who provide our patients’ clinical needs.
Anchor Hospital is seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager is responsible for staffing all shifts, overseeing staff development, coordinating all medical codes—whether real or mock—and ensuring they are carried out appropriately and safely. As part of the nursing team, the Nurse Manager will assist as needed with admissions, discharges and relief for breaks or meals.
Responsibilities- Staff scheduling and shift staffing
- Staff development and education coordination
- Medical code coordination and safe execution
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and coverage for breaks or meals
- Provide clinical leadership and support to patients in crisis
- Current RN license in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
- At least 2 years in a nursing supervisor or management position preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Experience in staff development, clinical teaching or education coordination strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
