American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardio Vascular ICU position requiring 2 years of CVICU experience and NIHSS certification on a night shift schedule.
Details- Work in the Cardio Vascular/Thoracic ICU of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
- No on-call responsibilities
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiovascular and thoracic ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if on/near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
