• Manage the call back queue for patient lab results, providing timely callbacks and updates
• Provide clarification and relay messages from providers to patients
• Serve as a communication liaison, bringing patient questions back to the provider
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address backlogs and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation of communications and patient information in the system
• This role is non-bedside and does not involve direct patient care

• Current Georgia RN license (active)
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta metro area
• Capable of performing non-clinical RN duties related to call-back and backlog management
• Availability for a 40-hour weekly schedule (M-F, daytime hours)
