Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Stockbridge, Georgia

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 2:1 patient ratio (days, nights, and weekends). Every other weekend required. One 12-hour call shift per schedule. Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.

Highlights:

• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience
• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit with daily census of approximately 5 patients
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• 36 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding
• Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off available (must be finalized at submission)
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment period (major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day)

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Experience with circulating for C-sections and labor & delivery procedures
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date; all documents due Tuesday before start date
• Ability to complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
