Primary duties include delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies, and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care during weeknights.
Candidates should hold a state RN license (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing) with CPR certification and be comfortable working nights and in home settings.
