Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a passionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving patients in their homes. You will provide skilled nursing care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families with compassion and clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, an accredited nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor's), CPR certification, and is comfortable using MS Office for documentation.
