American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a dedicated Medical Oncology/Hematology Unit on night shift, requiring GA or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Details- Dedicated Medical Oncology/Hematology Unit setting
- 12-hour night shifts, , Monday through Sunday rotation
- 3 shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the specialty required
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates will not be considered
- Returning perm staff applying as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
