Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30308!

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN – TELE)

Atlanta, GA | Acute Care

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line management as part of routine patient care
• Utilize Epic electronic health records for documentation and care coordination
• Conduct neurological assessments using NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience
• NIHSS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC line management
• Experience with Epic EMR

• Experience in a high-acuity or fast-paced hospital telemetry environment
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
