Responsible for supervising nursing staff through ongoing collaboration with the Clinical Manager to ensure quality patient care and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Clinical Manager to oversee staff supervision and ensure consistent care delivery.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience.
- Participation in continuing education to maintain current patient care knowledge.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia or hold a multistate licensure.
- Current BCLS certification upon hire.
