Are you an experienced Vascular Access Nurse in the Atlanta area tired of rigid hospital shifts, endless bureaucracy, and capped earning potential?
We are seeking highly autonomous PICC specialists to join our mobile vascular access team covering the Atlanta metropolitan area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for self-starters who want their income to directly reflect their initiative and work ethic.
Compensation & Flexibility- Average Annual Earnings: $90,000–$100,000
- Top Performer Earnings: $150,000+ (Uncapped)
- Flexible Case Volume: Case and insertion volumes naturally fluctuate from day to day.

This field-based role requires local travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, and patient sites throughout the Atlanta region.
Primary TerritoryAtlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Decatur, and surrounding communities.
Candidates should ideally reside within or directly adjacent to the territory for optimal response times.
What You’ll Do- Provide specialized vascular access services with an emphasis on first-stick success.
- Perform PICC line insertions in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
- Operate independently as the clinical vascular access expert on-site.
- Collaborate with facility healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet case demands.
- Experience: Minimum of 100 verifiable PICC line insertions
. - Licensure: Active, unrestricted Georgia RN License
. - Credentials: PICC Certification highly preferred.
- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Mindset: Highly accountable, clinically confident, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
