- Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
- Experience: 2+ years recent OR experience
- Certifications: AHA BLS + ACLS
- Local: No candidates within 50 miles
- Specialties: ENT (Adults & Peds), Facial Plastics, General Surgery
- Holiday: 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) + 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve)
- Compliance: Due Wednesday prior to Monday start
