High-Acuity Surgical Trauma
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in specialty
Certifications:
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Charting: EPIC required
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned shifts; no block scheduling
RTO:
Not accepted
Patient Population:
Surgical patients, gunshot wounds, quadriplegic and paraplegic patients
Support Staff:
Nursing Support Techs, phlebotomists, and night unit secretary available
Handoff:
Nurse-to-nurse handoff completed between ED and admitting unit
