ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Coordinator has the primary responsibility for the twenty-four-hour oversight of clinical operations on the unit. Manages the capital and operating budget, personnel, patient care services, physician relations, as well as the organization of administrative and professional programs.
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Georgia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field.
- Three (3) years of nursing experience.
- Two (2) years of nursing leadership experience.
KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Five (5) years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
- Certified in clinical specialty.
