A-Line Staffing is now hiring Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioners in Atlanta, GA. The Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be part time, approximately 24 hours per week.

Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner Compensation

• The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner Highlights

• The required availability is every Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday per week
• Saturday hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Sunday hours: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• This is an on-site position
• There is potential for holiday rotations and on-call responsibilities
• The position may require DEA registration during onboarding

Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health management
• Perform routine physical examinations and diagnostic testing to identify and treat injuries and illnesses
• Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Engage patients in health screenings, behavioral health services, wellness programs, and chronic condition management
• Follow up with patients and coordinate ongoing care
• Verify patient insurance information
• Assist with clinic opening and closing procedures
• Maintain appropriate inventory and ensure the clinic remains clean and organized
• Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as needed

Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Current National Board Certification
• Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Ability to provide primary and family care independently
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to work the required weekend and weekday schedule
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Part Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner Preferred Qualifications

• Previous primary care, family practice, urgent care, or community health experience
• Experience with health screenings and chronic condition management
• Experience with behavioral health and wellness services
• Experience performing routine diagnostic testing
• DEA registration or ability to obtain DEA registration during onboarding
