Providence Care has merged with Your Health and is expanding the team. We are hiring a Visiting Nurse to deliver mobile primary care in Lake Hartwell, Athens, and Elberton areas. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.
The nurse will provide case management, supervise LPNs and CNAs, educate families and staff, and ensure coordinated care with physicians. A compassionate hospice orientation and strong driving record are essential.
