American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift position at a high-acuity Level 1 trauma center, requiring prior large-volume hospital experience.

• Medical/Surgical unit (12B Medical)
• Patient population includes isolation precautions for COVID, Monkeypox, and other conditions
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Travelers expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month
• Block scheduling generally not approved
• EPIC EMR experience required

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical specialty required
• Experience in high-acuity, high-volume trauma hospital settings required
• Proven background managing critical, fast-paced, large-scale trauma cases required
• Work history/resume with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Skills checklist, certification cards, and Nursys license verification required for consideration

• Provide direct patient care within a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center
• Manager will conduct interview and extend offer
• No RTO permitted during contract
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travel candidates
• Profile must include a badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information
