American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for an Acute Cardiology Unit requiring recent cardiac experience and night shift availability with every other weekend worked.
Details- Acute Cardiology Unit (606A) within a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, with varying 7PM-7AM schedule
- Must work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiac/med-surg specialty required
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) plus 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested after
