American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for an Acute Neuro Unit requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of specialty experience.
Details- Acute Neuro Unit within a hospital setting
- Staffing 7 additional overflow beds
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, scheduled 7a-730p
- No on-call requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty required
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, no local candidates considered
- Returning staff who were previously permanent employees must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers
- RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer
