Registered Nurse, Observation Unit – Atlanta, GA, US. Travel assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Start date 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,842–$1,947 per week. • Provide direct nursing care to adults in an observation unit with varying acuity
• Monitor patients, perform assessments, and document vital signs and clinical changes; administer medications per orders
• Collaborate with ED and inpatient teams to coordinate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Implement care plans, assist with procedures as ordered, ensure infection control, and maintain patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and communicate changes to the care team
• May float to other areas within competency as needed and participate in discharge planning and patient education

• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in an observation/monitored environment or a comparable setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Willingness to float to other areas within competency as needed
• Current, active registered nurse license in Georgia
