Role: Nursing Supervisor (RN)
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care across partner facilities. Lead and support RNs and clinical staff by coordinating patient care, managing staffing, and upholding regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing and clinical teams to maintain quality care delivery
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure continuity of services
- Manage staffing needs and support effective resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and address escalated clinical concerns
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence
RN with strong clinical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to supervise teams, manage operational needs, and handle complex clinical issues while maintaining compliance and patient-focused care.
