Care the Wright Way LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care for a 24-hour case in Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting client safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while delivering attentive, person-centered care.
Schedule:24-hour case; specific shift arrangements to be discussed.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's individualized care plan.
- Monitor and document the client's health status and report any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.
- Communicate effectively with the care team, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Promote the client's dignity, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to client needs.
- Ability to work independently while following the established care plan.
- Previous home care or private duty nursing experience is a plus.
