American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Float ICU role requiring PICU, NICU, and CICU experience with weekend block scheduling.
Details- Pediatric Float ICU position requiring flexibility across multiple units
- Must float between two campuses
- Float coverage includes PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general care/specialty areas as needed
- Patient ratio of 2-3:1
- Day shift schedule with a Friday-Sunday weekend block
- Every other weekend required
- Must make up any missed shifts
- Uses Epic for charting
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CICU and NICU required
- Additional PICU experience required
- Provide critical care nursing support across multiple pediatric ICU units and campuses
- Holiday coverage required for either Thanksgiving or Christmas depending on facility need
- Facility is a nicotine-free environment and requires a drug screen
- Flu vaccine required with no exemptions permitted
