Key Responsibilities

• Float to all PCU/IMCU floors as part of a float pool, providing care to a cardiac patient population
• Manage patients presenting with STEMI, NSTEMI, chest pain, and cardiothoracic surgery (CTS) diagnoses
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3-4, with potential assignment to telemetry beds at lower acuity levels within the same unit
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similarly sized acute care or progressive care facility
• Experience with EPIC EMR

• Prior float pool experience across multiple PCU or IMCU units
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and lower-acuity stepdown care
• Strong adaptability and ability to work across varied cardiac care environments
