The Internist at Med Vet Atlanta will join this collaborative group of specialists to establish a thriving specialty practice within a supportive and growing team.

Med Vet Atlanta will be an advanced, collaborative 24/7 emergency and multi-specialty hospital. The hospital is planned to be a 20,000 sq ft building with state-of-the-art equipment and design that will make it an outstanding facility to give and receive care.

At Med Vet, our anesthesia service is designed with the highest standards of safety, precision, and pain management in mind. As a veterinary anesthesiologist, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team that values your critical role in optimizing outcomes for surgical, diagnostic, and emergency procedures.

We provide a full spectrum of anesthetic care using a combination of injectable, inhalant, and regional techniques—including nerve blocks and epidurals—to tailor anesthesia and analgesia to each patient’s needs.

• Continuous ECG for real-time heart rate and rhythm assessment
• Capnography and pulse oximetry to monitor ventilation and oxygenation
• Invasive and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring
• Temperature monitoring with active warming to prevent hypothermia
• IV fluid and drug administration for hemodynamic support
• Airway protection with endotracheal intubation and ventilator support as needed
• Neuromuscular blockade monitoring for advanced anesthetic management
