A leading research institution in Atlanta offers externship and internship opportunities for veterinary medical students. The externship program is designed for 3rd and 4th year students requiring 3 to 5 weeks, while the internship program is for 2nd and 3rd year students needing a summer commitment of 8 to 12 weeks. Students will gain experience in Laboratory Animal Medicine, working with nonhuman primates, and be supervised by veterinarians.
Proof of vaccination and a TB test are required.
