Join Mission Pet Health as a front‑line Receptionist at our well‑established Inman Park Animal Hospital in Atlanta. The role centers on first impressions, patient coordination, and customer education in a high‑volume, compassionate veterinary setting.

• Direct a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with enthusiasm, and maintain a friendly, efficient reception area.
• Coordinate appointments, update medical records, and manage financial transactions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventive care, our surgical and diagnostic services, and encourage ongoing wellness visits.
• Exhibit empathy, calmness, and respect in every client interaction and treat each pet as if it were your own.

• A passion for customer service and love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills, good judgment, and a positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑first mindset; work independently and with direction.
• Preferred: experience with veterinary software. Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
