We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality system audits and assessments across our company facilities, suppliers, third-party labs, and manufacturing partners. This is a key role that ensures our operations meet regulatory standards, internal requirements, and industry best practices—while also identifying risks and driving meaningful improvements.
LeadAudits & Assessments
- Conduct thorough audits of internal operations, suppliers, and external partners to verify compliance and quality standards.
- Document findings, maintain schedules, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Review and approve corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Help build, implement, and improve robust quality systems, policies, and procedures.
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain strong, compliant programs across the organization.
- Identify gaps or risks within quality processes and propose practical, high-impact solutions.
- Contribute to enhancing audit tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date on industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in ongoing training and maintain certifications to advance your expertise.
- Deliver clear, objective audit reports and recommendations to management and business partners.
- Influence and guide stakeholders to take action on quality improvements.
- 7 years in a manufacturing environment with experience in both production and quality roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and audit best practices.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and assessments in manufacturing or supplier environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
