Amo Realty is a small brokerage that has maintained a high‑volume, sustainable lead system since 2007. The strategy focuses on high‑volume leads; one of our agents closed a $22 million sale from a single lead. Our system requires a small, low‑turnover group of agents.
LeadsEach agent receives at least 10+ leads per week from a variety of sources, including Zillow and market‑specific databases. Residential buyer leads are plentiful, and we also provide incoming seller leads. Commercial leads focus on lease opportunities for office, restaurant, retail, industrial, and investor properties.
Split Information- 80/20 split on own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $18,000 per year (100% split after the cap)
- After 3 years, 100% of own leads with a $5,000 annual cap
- 50/50 split on company‑provided leads
- 100% commission on personal real estate transactions
- No monthly, yearly, or transaction fees—just the split system
- Georgia Real Estate License (strictly required)
