Senior Real Estate Advisor – Residential Investment & Small Commercial Metro Atlanta | Commission-Based
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional as a trusted advisor to join a highly active, investor‑centric real estate team focused on serious sellers and investors of residential and select small commercial investments throughout Metro Atlanta.
This is not a traditional residential sales role. You will advise investors on acquisition, disposition, risk, and return, working alongside a team with substantial firsthand experience in fix‑and‑flip, short‑and‑long‑term hold strategies, private equity, in‑house property management, and international investor relationships. Our leadership team has bought, operated, and sold hundreds of properties for its own account and remains an active buyer today.
