Overview

Expanding full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida is seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Attorney to manage the firms Georgia law practice. Successful candidates must have experience in mortgage foreclosures as they will be responsible for working non judicial foreclosures, must be a Georgia licensed title agent with experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end.

• Must have a valid Georgia Bar license in good standing, licensed to practice in Florida as well is a plus
• Must be an experienced real estate attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience, Georgia Creditor Bankruptcy experience and eviction experience are a plus
• Must be a Georgia licensed title agent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end
• Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
