Position SummaryThe Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the due diligence process for an assigned portfolio of multifamily real estate development projects. These projects span across various stages of the development lifecycle, from pre-purchase agreement through closing and pre-stabilization. As a key member of the development team, the Development Coordinator ensures the organized and timely completion of due diligence, financing applications, and post-closing value events.
EssentialFunctions
- 1 year of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in affordable housing (LIHTC) and transaction processing is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi and Workfront is advantageous but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with others orally and in writing in English
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
