Sr. Market Research Analyst
Stratfield is seeking a Sr. Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market and consumer insights and will be responsible for establishing processes and procedures for gathering, analyzing, and leveraging market data to inform business decisions.
Nature of role: 12-month extendable contract, hybrid in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:- Proactively develop processes for gathering market data in consultation with team stakeholders, identifying insight gaps, and employing best practices to address business problems within project scope.
- Lead market research including, but not limited to, employee, customer, and consumer research; market testing; and trend analysis to gauge customer sentiment.
- Partner with team stakeholders and vendors to lead current initiatives and develop future plans, including building new research frameworks, tools, and comprehensive methodologies.
- Curate and execute proprietary research, in tandem with data analysis, to provide informed recommendations addressing business needs.
- Measure stakeholder satisfaction with market testing and adjust in real time.
- Translate data into clear, engaging insights with actionable recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience in Market Research.
- UX research experience (preferred, not required).
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred, not required).
