• Carry completed plates and dishes from kitchen to appropriate guest table
• Ensure guests have all service ware appropriate for their meal
• Use proper drop off description - responsible for delivering food to the appropriate guest seated at the table
• Make customer aware of any hot plates to ensure the customer’s safety
• Ensure table received the correct order and replenishes anything that is missing
• Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team
• Clear and sanitize tables for the next party.
• Maintain and restock service areas, restrooms and expo areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and guest areas.

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with co-workers and guests
• Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
• Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
