The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Junior Sous Chef to help lead the culinary team. This 976‑room property has over 140,000 sq. ft. of banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets. The role focuses on supporting Capolinea, a signature fine‑dining restaurant offering traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines, including handmade pastas, prime‑cut steaks, and tableside martini service.

• Assist the culinary leadership team in direction and oversight of all culinary operations, including preparation and production of all hotel meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with safety and sanitation standards, team member productivity and performance, implementation of policies and procedures, cost controls, and overall profitability.
• Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance by providing supervision, conducting counseling, assisting with evaluations, training, scheduling, and assigning work, and delivering recognition and reward.

• At least 5 years of line cook experience and 1–2 years in a sous chef or leadership role.
• Hands‑on culinary skills with strong attention to detail.
