We are seeking a talented culinary leader to join the team as an Executive Chef 2 at Grady Health in Atlanta, GA
. Grady is a 650-bed level 1 trauma hospital located in downtown Atlanta.

• Implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff.
• Manage procurement and purchasing.
• Create menus based on client needs.
• Build interpersonal relationships with clients.

• Strong culinary background in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience.
• Menu planning experience and a strong understanding of current culinary trends.
• Proficient computer skills, highly organized, and detail-focused.
• Healthcare or long-term care food management experience.

Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Management Experience – 2 Years.

Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
