A modern and sophisticated restaurant group is seeking a talented Sous Cheffor one of their locations in the Atlanta area. This company has a proven track record of success with several other restaurants across the US. This is a great opportunity for a strong culinarian who is looking to join an award-winning company and will have the ability to grow as additional locations open.
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience
- High volume experience (at least $8M in annual revenue)
- Ability to manage a large management team
- Ability to effectively communicate with the team in an English and Spanish speaking kitchen
- Scratch kitchen experience
- Culinary or Hospitality degree a plus
- Schedule includes late nights, holidays, and weekends
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base, Bonus program, Comprehensive Medical, Dental Vision, PTO, Dining Discounts, and much more!
