• Salary: $7.25 - $13 per hour

As a Barback, you will help the bar team succeed by maintaining inventory, replenishing stock, and supporting service with energy and precision. You will keep work spaces organized and clean while anticipating the needs of teammates and guests.

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.

• Communicate effectively with bartenders and other team members to support smooth service.
• Step in proactively to support high-volume or high-energy shifts.

• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low.
• Handle products with care to reduce waste and maintain quality.

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure safe handling of alcohol and all bar equipment.

• Help maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment for guests.
• Support bartenders in delivering prompt, high-quality service.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hospitality or bar environment preferred.
• Detail‑Oriented:

Must be able to sit for short periods, talk via phone or video conferencing, hear and manipulate objects constantly, lift up to 50 lbs as required, twist, reach, and stand/walk for extended periods. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area.
