Job DescriptionThe manager ensures seamless integration of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include food service management, team leadership, proficiency in POS systems, and assisting the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
