Cook - Lead Line (AM)
Hyatt Centric Atlanta Buckhead, Atlanta, GA
This culinary position requires strong communication skills and at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. The successful candidate will perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. In the supervisor's absence, the cook may be required to give direction to the kitchen staff.
Qualifications- Good communication skills
- At least 3 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Requires moderate supervision and training
