The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a bartender to join our Lobby Bar team! This 976‑room property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant/bar setting. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for someone reliable and adaptable.

Shift Pattern: Variable; typical shifts can be 3 pm–11 pm or 4 pm–12 am. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities: As a bartender you will prepare beverages and serve drinks and/or food to guests, delivering outstanding service and supporting financial profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests.
• Check identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal, state, local, and company laws.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Stock and maintain the bar, ensuring quality of all beverage‑related perishables.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed.
