• Maintain all aspects of the line area and food items.
• Provide a positive, consistent leadership role model to hourly staff.
• Use check lists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift.
• Follow all company specifications and procedures to ensure perfect food.
• Follow and use all food safety procedures and logs.
• Follow all food rotation and restocking procedures using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, use hands to grasp, stoop, reach overhead, and walk for 10–12 hours at a time.
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs.
