Bar Margot Lead Bartender – Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Join the Four Seasons team as a lead bartender at our Midtown Atlanta hotel. A dynamic role combining impeccable service, creative cocktail development, and team leadership.

Location

Midtown, Atlanta, GA – close to the High Museum of Art, Peachtree Street, and Piedmont Park. Enjoy our French‑inspired Brasserie Margot and spa amenities.

Responsibilities
  • Describe food and beverage selections to guests with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
  • Serve all food and beverage items to guests attentively.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction and providing suggestions.
  • Properly close guest checks, process payments, and handle voids or complimentary meals.
  • Manage table break‑down, clean‑up, and set‑up alongside the management team.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors.
  • Drive cocktail menu updates, developing fresh, seasonally appropriate cocktails and integrating them into staff training.
  • Lead quarterly staff training sessions on beverage and service topics.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and pricing of beverages, meeting with distribution representatives and creating requisitions.
  • Provide training to new staff on beverage operations and bar‑specific procedures.
  • Maintain accurate cash accounts, nightly drops, and audit‑ready records.
Non‑essential Functions
  • Take guest reservations.
  • Plate and prepare food items.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bartender Certificate preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum four years in a luxury bar or lounge environment.
  • Skills:

    Ability to carry and balance a tray; accurate cash and credit card processing.

Schedule & Hours
