Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented full‑time Cook III to join their culinary team and primarily support The Lobby Bar and Club Signia.
Signia by Hilton, Atlanta – Where charm and grace welcome the world with 4‑star service throughout the 976‑room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of a la carte cooking experience, strong proficiency in kitchen equipment, knife skills, foundational sauces, and food‑safety practices. Prior hotel kitchen experience is preferred. Attention to detail, high‑quality standards awareness, commitment to elevated service, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen are highly valued.
Shift Pattern: Primarily support the PM shift. Full availability to work all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

- Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items, including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing.
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to regulations.
