Front of House Operations Lead Responsibilities:

* Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive experience

* Accurately take and fulfill orders both at the counter and in the drive-thru

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, beverage station, and front counter areas

* Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines in all guest-facing areas

* Stay informed about new products and promotions rolled out by Chick-fil-A

* Embody our Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every guest interaction

* Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high service standards

* Manage and restock FOH supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times

* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Enjoyment for cooking, cleaning or culinary creativity

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment

* Physical stamina- able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

* Ability to adhere to Food Safety & Sanitation Standards

* Ability to adhere to a color coded food safety system

* Ability to critically think through situations

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Able to accurately count money
