Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking dependable and enthusiastic Opening Back of House Team Members to support our kitchen operations and help start each day with excellence. BOH Team Members play a vital role in preparing high-quality food while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas
• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Uphold Chick-fil-A values while supporting an exceptional guest experience from the back of house
• Assist with opening duties, including kitchen set-up and preparation for the day

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (early morning availability required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong accountability
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
• Must be at least 16 years of age

Pay Range: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
